Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited (CERI)
On April 29, the BF No. 2 designed by CERI was put into operation smoothly at Xingcheng Special Steel.
This BF upgrading project was officially started in January, 2018. It adopts the advanced and reliable technology of the blast furnace of the same grade in China, and the process technology and assembly level have reached the advanced level in China.
On May 4, the converter no. 5 designed and supplied by CERI was hot commissioned and put into operation after overhaul. The composition of steel was qualified, all production operations were in order and the equipment was in good condition.
The original converter was locally upgraded and overhauled. The framework system of this project is complicated in structure, the process facilities are compact in space, the new and old equipment are interlaced, and the production and construction are interlaced. The stable and reliable five-point lower suspension technology is adopted for the converter body, which is free of maintenance for ten years. The auxiliaries & media system is highly efficient and energy-saving, and the integration with the old system shortens the construction cycle.
On April 14, the contract of 60MW ultra-high temperature subcritical power generator set of Changshu Longteng Special Steel Co., Ltd. signed by the power and thermal power division officially came into effect. This is the first set of ultra-high temperature subcritical miniaturized power generation units in China at present.
In recent years, the thermal efficiency of the ultra-high temperature subcritical gas generator set implemented in the metallurgy industry is as high as 41%, which is 40% higher than the 30% actual thermal efficiency of the traditional high temperature and high pressure generator set.
On April 10, the 3200m3 blast furnace contracted by CERI at Tianjin I & S was ignited after overhaul. The tapping went smoothly on April 11.
The first campaign of 3200 m3 blast furnace is also designed by CERI. The blast furnace proper, cast house, hot stove, dedusting of ore bunker cast house and EIC system, etc. is upgraded and modified. The advanced technologies are adopted, such as the heat conductive type hearth, CERI’s new type of furnace body cooling structure, high efficiency double preheating plate type of heat exchanger, equalized pressure gas recovery system and BF visualization monitoring technology.
On April 4, the first heat of liquid steel was successfully produced from converter No.7 of Lianfeng Iron & Steel (Zhangjiagang) Co.,Ltd. The composition was qualified, the production operation was in order, and the equipment was in good condition. It signed that converter No. 7 at Lianfeng, which was designed and supplied by CERI, was commissioned & put into operation after revamping.
The international leading technology of furnace type of the same specification is adopted for the converter equipment, and the stable and reliable five-point lower hanging technology is adopted for the converter body, which is free of maintenance for ten years. The optimized modification of the primary dust removal system, the Venturi outside the workshop and fan system achieves ultra-low emission. The thermal evaporative cooling system is highly efficient and energy-saving, and the integration with the old system shortens the construction cycle.
On March 31, the 1780mm continuous hot rolling reheating furnace No.1 of Yangzhou Hengrun Co., which was contracted by CERI, discharged hot slabs . The hot load test was a one-time success, signing that 1780mm hot continuous rolling high-strength industrial plate project of Yangzhou Hengrun Co., Ltd. was successfully put into operation.
In March, 1450mm cold rolling line including electrolytic cleaning unit, temper mill and recoiling leveling unit of Hebei Anfeng I &S contracted by CERI succeeded in hot load test successively on 10th, 21st and 24th, and each unit successfully produced the first qualified coil.
Each unit is independently designed and supplied by CERI, and its process design, mechanical equipment and automation level are at the leading level in China. The equipment is overall operated smoothly and the electrical control is at first-class level , as well as the product surface quality, thickness deviation, elongation accuracy and profile quality is qualified.
The continuous casting machine No. 9 of Nangang Special Steel undertaken by CERI was hot test successful on Jan. 20. The project is a renovation project, the design conditions are complex and the design is difficult. The design team has overcome the difficulties of the existing continuous casting workshop, the interpenetration and arrangement of new and old equipment, the design interface of the joint equipment with the foreign party, and the design should take into account the production and facilitate the construction.
百赢彩票APP下载The first steel coil of 1450mm pickling-cold rolling unit of Hebei Anfeng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. was successfully produced on Jan. 15. The coil thickness difference, profile and other technical index are fully qualified, marking the unit's one-time hot load test success. CERI undertakes all the design and all the supply of 10 sets of process production units in Anfeng Iron and Steel cold rolling plant area. Among them, the follow-up annealing line and galvanized line will also be put into production in the near future.
The advanced shallow slot turbulent pickling process and high performance five stand six-high continuous cold rolling technology is adopted for Hebei Anfeng Steel rolling unit, and the high speed flying shear and Carrousel coiler are provided. The unit production capacity is 1.36 million tons/year and the maximum rolling speed is 1500 m/min. The unit is the fifth pickling rolling line smoothly designed and supplied by CERI after the first set of pickling rolling line of the domestic independent full technical assembly and equipment supplied in Qianan.
